View Daniel Taylor’s 1st Class work at http://danielt.co.uk/. While his FPS Clandestine Ops game is great fun to play it has a serious side as his Honours project investigated the contentious topic of violence in video games.
Dr Gavin Baxter his Honours project supervisor said of Daniel’s project work: “Daniel’s a very hard working and committed student who excelled in his Honours project producing a fully immersive game. His dissertation is an academically rigorous and detailed examination of the topic of violence in video games”.
Here’s Daniel and Evelyn at an earlier Digital Futures event. Evelyn FitzPatrick, Director UWS Digital Futures commented: “At Digital Futures 2016 we wish Daniel all the very best in his future career. He has been an exemplary student and a pleasure to teach throughout his time at UWS on the BSc (Hons) Computer Games Development programme. We are delighted that that he’s attending the event this year to showcase his Honours project and professional portfolio”.
